Important information

Check-in and Check-out

The accommodation unit is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

We kindly ask that you vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM on your departure day so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests arriving after you, who have the right to check-in from 3:00 PM.

Staying in the apartment after 10:00 AM will unconditionally result in an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate, without the option of extending your stay in the accommodation unit. Keys must be returned at the end of your stay.

Personal Documents

Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests must provide the owner with personal documents (ID cards or passports) of all persons using the accommodation services for guest registration in the Evisitor application. The personal documents will be immediately returned to the guests after registration.

Pets

Bringing pets (dogs, cats, birds, etc.) is NOT allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. We suggest that all smokers use the terrace for smoking and make use of the ashtrays provided. Please be mindful of potential fire hazards. We kindly ask that you do not discard cigarette butts in the garden or yard.

Fire Use

Lighting fires outside of designated areas is not allowed. Fires may only be lit in the living room fireplace, the outdoor barbecue, and the outdoor fire pit.

TERMINATION OF THE STAY BY THE GUEST

If you end your contracted stay earlier than the contracted or reserved date, you are obliged to pay for the stay as it was agreed and reserved.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: the right to a 100% refund of the advance payment is realized.

In case of cancellation from 29 to 15 days before arrival: the right to a refund of 50% of the advance payment is realized.

In case of cancellation 14 days or less before arrival, as well as non-arrival of the guest: no refund of paid funds.

Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made.

Non-Compliance with House Rules

A guest who does not comply with the house rules and basic codes of conduct, or disturbs the peace, will have their accommodation unconditionally canceled without a refund. This measure is in place to protect the property and prevent actions that could result in physical injury to guests due to non-compliance with house rules and basic behavior guidelines.

In the event of cancellation by the owner due to a violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the full amount for the reserved period, regardless of a shorter stay.

PAYMENT TIME AND ACCOMMODATION PRICES

The reservation is considered valid and confirmed only after the recorded advance payment.

Payment: Advance payment: 30% of the total amount of the stay is paid to the bank account immediately upon confirmation of the reservation.

The remaining amount: is paid to the bank account no later than 14 days before the date of arrival. In the event that the advance payment is not paid without delay, we consider the reservation not confirmed and reserve the right to offer the date to other guests.

The price of staying in the holiday home for the entire contracted period is charged before the start of use (14 days before arrival) according to the publicly displayed and valid price list, which includes: accommodation, supply of cold and hot water, electricity, maintaining the temperature inside the room at a comfortable level, energy for cooking, change of linen and small inventory, parking space, space for additional equipment according to the category.

An invoice for the accommodation service is issued to the guest upon arrival at the facility, in accordance with applicable regulations.
